GE VOLUSON 730

The GE Voluson 730 ultrasound machine isn’t like every other scanner machine—it uses real-time techniques to acquire and analyze volumetric images. This method is called true volume ultrasound, and the GE Voluson 730 was the very first machine capable of it. The benefit of using volumetric images is that they are highly detailed and have amazing clarity. Doctors and technicians can manipulate volumetric images so as to be able to analyze them in any plane. In doing so, they are able to see even the tiniest flaws and details. This obviously increases diagnostic proficiency. Volumetric imaging isn’t the only feature of the GE Voluson 730, though. This ultrasound machine also boasts several image quality enhancement features. For example, it has speckle reduction imaging, which heightens the visibility of the organs and reduces the capture of artifacts in images
